I keep meaning to call you but my mobile won't make international calls and I'm still too sleepy before I leave the house in the morning to remember to call you from the home phone.
So I'm having my 21st party as a joint one with Erin at the place she's moved into with Hel and a couple of their other mates. It's on the 3rd so you'll be back in time for that. Then I'll have our family thing the weekend after my birthday.

Tom says the mobile reception in Raleigh is lousy. If he misses the call you get this female robot voice telling you his voice message box isn't set up. But how's this: when you ring him he gets charged as well. That's capitalism for ya.
Did you hear too about this study reckons that democrats and republicans have identifiably different patterns in their brain scans. I don't want to believe that because its too creepy. Any comment Maddie? Tom?
Hi Tom, Well I have tried to ring but haven't had much luck. You'll just have to have my public declaration of love & missing you. So, what's new on the travelling? Where you been? Have you phoned your Uncle Pete? I guess you're at the half way mark by now. Time is going so quickly. I feel that next to everyone else's comments I have nothing witty or thought provoking to say........I am speechless in your absence. I won an award at Conference this year! How good's that! Love to you from me.

Well yeah I miss everyone back home too, but you can't get fish and chips here unless you go to a restaurant that has it as a "novelty" dish.
